Joe Farley keeps the wheels turning on the shell side of construction. He manages all communication and coordination with GCs, structural engineers, and field teams, making sure everyone’s on the same page (and speaks the same language). Joe makes sure the back end runs smoothly by overseeing budgets, contracts, labor, and materials while keeping a sharp eye on structural drawings to catch issues before they hit the field.
Starting as an intern and joining full-time in July 2024, Joe has quickly become a key player in delivering South Florida projects on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
